By accessing or using the Site, including browsing, purchasing products, or utilizing our services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including, but not limited to, browsers, vendors, customers, partners, merchants, and contributors of content.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and zone3Dplus, and acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. - General Conditions

- Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements.
- Payment information is always encrypted during transmission.

- Export Controlled Data: You certify that your data, including 3D CAD data, 2D technical drawings, assembly files, and related documents, does not include Export Controlled Data as defined under applicable U.S. or E.U. laws, including:
- U.S.: International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) beyond EAR99.
- E.U.: Common Military List or Dual Use Regulation 428/2009 (as amended).
You are responsible for determining and providing the correct export classification and ensuring compliance with export control laws. Non-compliance may result in fines or sanctions.
- Prohibited Content: You represent and warrant that your User Content and Orders:
- Do not involve weapons, including firearms, bladed weapons, explosive devices, toy guns, or weapon accessories, as defined in Section 3(vii)(a).
- Do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or third-party rights.
- Are not false, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our Content Policy.
- Export Responsibility: You acknowledge that uploading data to the Site may involve cross-border data transfer, as Zone3Dplus operates and engages manufacturing partners internationally.
- Enforcement: We reserve the right to review User Content, remove or modify it, terminate accounts, or report violations to law enforcement if you breach this policy or create liability for us.
Warning: Uploading content to produce firearms or other prohibited items may be illegal, and we are obligated to report suspicious activity. If you are unsure whether your use complies with this policy, do not use the Site or upload data.
- Orders
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in quotation requests or Orders. Orders must align with our manufacturing standards and instructions, as outlined on the Site or communicated to you. We may:
- Reject Orders at our discretion before written acceptance.
- Accept Orders contingent upon resource availability, accurate information, compliance with our Content Policy, and satisfactory payment arrangements.
- Approve modifications to Orders, which may incur additional fees or extend delivery times.
- Specifications of Parts and Tooling
You must provide accurate and complete 3D CAD data and/or technical drawings for the production of goods and tooling. Key terms include:
- All required files must be uploaded to the Site unless otherwise agreed.
- 2D technical drawings take precedence for tolerances and threads; otherwise, 3D CAD data governs production.
- You bear full legal responsibility for the design, performance, and regulatory compliance of goods.
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in provided data, improper assembly, or manufacturing defects caused by your specifications.
- Ownership of Work Product
Unless otherwise specified in a purchase order, all work product (e.g., designs, specifications, know-how) created in connection with an Order becomes our exclusive property. You may not claim ownership and must execute any necessary assignments to confirm our rights.
- Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
The Site’s content is provided for general information only and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. You rely on it at your own risk and should consult primary sources for decision-making. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Monitoring changes to the Site, as we are not obligated to update information.
8.1 Modifications to Service and Prices
We may modify or discontinue the Service or adjust prices at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting damages.
8.2 Surcharge Policy
Additional fees may apply, including:
- Logistics Fee: For products requiring logistics services.
- Bank Fee: A variable fee for debit or credit card payments to cover third-party processing costs.
- VAT: For EU customers using IOSS, calculated as VAT rate × (CIF price + import tariff).
- DDP Service Fee and Tariffs: For Delivered Duty Paid services, including import duties and taxes.
8.3 Customs and Import Taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Contact your local customs authority for details. We are not liable for delays or additional costs due to customs processes.
- Products or Services
Products and services may be available exclusively online and subject to our Return Policy. We strive for accurate product representations but cannot guarantee display accuracy. We may limit sales, quantities, or discontinue products at our discretion without notice.
- Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including those placed by dealers or resellers. You must provide accurate and updated billing and account information. Post-sales procedures are outlined in our After Sales Service policy.
- Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” basis without warranties or liability. Your use of these tools is at your own risk, and you should review the third-party provider’s terms.

- Intellectual Property Rights and Publicity
By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, and display it solely to produce, ship, and sell goods to you. You retain ownership of your content, while we retain ownership of our proprietary software, processes, and materials provided in quotes. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of personal data.
- Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We may correct errors or cancel orders if information on the Site or Service is inaccurate, even after order submission, without prior notice. We are not obligated to update information unless required by law.
- Prohibited Uses
In addition to other restrictions, you may not use the Site or Service to:
- Engage in unlawful activities or solicit others to do so.
- Violate intellectual property rights or harass, discriminate, or defame others.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s security or functionality.
Violation may result in termination of your access.
- Force Majeure

We will not disclose your data except as necessary to produce, ship, or sell goods, or as required by law, or if the information becomes public or is independently developed.
- Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service, except as limited by applicable law. Our relationship is non-exclusive, and we may work with other parties.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
- Severability
If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and other provisions will remain valid.
- Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms, and you will remain liable for amounts due.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive it.

Purchases are processed by our entity in the country indicated on your billing statement and governed by the corresponding local law.
